HAZEL M. BALLOU, 83, of Bridgham Manor, 359 Carpenter St., died Monday at Miriam Hospital. She was the widow of Adin E. Ballou.
Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Alice Vaughn Hewitt.
Mrs. Ballou was a member of Jehovah's Witnesses.
She leaves a sister, Mary E. Pinelli of Cranston. She was sister of the late Beatrice, Howard and Raymond Hewitt.
A graveside service will be held tomorrow at 10 a.m at Union Cemetery, North Smithfield.
