Dorothy H. Pulkka age 87 of Waconia died Sunday January 28, 2018 at her residence.
Funeral service 2:00 PM Thursday February 8, 2018 at the Johnson Funeral Home in Waconia with Fr. Martin Shallbetter as officiant. Visitation Thursday one hour prior to the service. Dorothy Helen (Determan) Pulkka was born September 18, 1930 in Sauk Centre the daughter of George and Eleanor (Zirbes) Determan. Dorothy was a very social person who enjoyed participating in a card club. She also loved bowling, especially league play in Anoka. Dorothy is preceded in death by her parents George and Eleanor Determan; brother Ralph Determan; sisters Evelyn Evans, Jenie Timp, Bea Decker and Lou Anne Burns.
Dorothy is survived by her loving family: children Michelle Medley of Soldotna, AK, Gary Dillingham of Waconia, Jeffrey Dillingham of Waconia, Tami Dillingham of Columbia Heights, Terri (Tim) Wisniewski of Kenai, AK; grandchildren Lacey (Zach) Rinnger, Grant (Amanda) Wisniewski, Hailey (Cody) Hyce, Justin (Alyssa) Wiesniewski, Nick (Fumi) Medley, Taylor (Mark) Walker, Levi Eloi, Dylan Eloi; 15 great grandchildren; sisters Vergie (Frank) Weiss of Gilbert, Bernie Jernigan of Vienna, VA; brothers Jerry (Donna) Determan of Fairmont, Jim (Ann) Determan of Blaine, Dan (Sharon) Determan of Emily, Bob Determan of Cold Spring, David (Jill) Determan of Grey Eagle.
