Visitation 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Monday at Wai'anae Protestant Church; service 6:30 to 9 p.m. Visitation also 9 a.m. Tuesday at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel; service 9:30 a.m.; burial 11 a.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Flowers welcome. Casual attire.
