Paul was born Feb 10,1919 to John and Sarah(VanHouten)Kaiser of Franklin Co.Norwich Twp.Ohio.He married Isabelle Sidner,daughter of Maxwell and Vivian (Schoby)Sidner of
Madison Co.West Jefferson,Ohio on June 11,1939.They had two children.
Paul was enlisted into the U.S.Army July 21,1944 serving
in The Battle of The Bulge in World War II.
The family lived in Plain City for many years.
Paul was instrumental in starting Little League Baseball in Plain City.He and a group of other men built the baseball diamond,dugouts and scorebox.With Paul doing so much work they dedicated the diamond to him and called it Kaiser Field.He loved sports and working with the young kids.
