Dolores Gupton Rader, lovingly known to many as "Dodo", passed away after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer's on January 25, 2018. She is preceded in death by her husband, John Rader, III and parents, Thurman and Gladys Gupton.

Born in West Columbia on June 4, 1933, Dolores graduated from Columbia High School as Salutatorian where she was voted Most Popular Girl for four years. After high school, Dolores attended Southern Methodist University as a president of Delta Zeta Sorority, where she majored in Business Education. Dolores loved people and being involved with her community. When she wasn't giving her time to others, Dolores could be found traveling the world. Dolores's personality and beautiful smile drew others to her.
