Theodore Burke, 91, of Boling Street, a retired carpenter, died of heart failure Tuesday at Manhattan Health Center. Services are 11 a.m. today at Lakewood Funeral Home with burial in Lakewood Memorial Park.
Mr. Burke was a native of Chaneyville, La. He was a retired construction worker. He was a member of Parkway Baptist Church of Clinton. He enjoyed gardening.
Survivors include: wife, Mae; sons, John Burke of Pearl, J.C. Burke of Pineville, La., and J.D. Burke of Houston, Texas; daughters, Betty Mitchell of Alexandria, La., and Terrie Burke of Jackson; brother, Webster Burke of Simsport, La.; sister, Effie Reynolds of Alexandria, La.; and 10 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
