He is preceded in death by his parents, Ali and Parvine Ahmadi, first wife, Nettie Catherine Arata Ahmadi, sons, Timothy Peter and Gregory Joseph Ahmadi, brother Manu Ahmadi and sister Parvine Ahmadi.
Dr. Ahmadi served as a Physician during the Persian War, and had been private practice in Mobile for over 55 years. He completed his medical residency at Jacksonville Memorial Hospital, Jacksonville, FL and completed his internship at the Old Mobile General Hospital, Mobile, AL. He was board certified in Internal Medicine in Alabama and Mississippi with special training in Pulmonary Medicine. Dr. Ahmadi was a member of St. Pius Catholic Church and the Mobile Medical Association. As a young man he was a light weight champion boxer. Dr. Ahmadi had true love and compassion for those in his life.
Dr. Ahmadi is survived by his wife, Elaine Novak Ahmadi and children; Alicia Grace Ahmadi, Mark Patrick Ahmadi and Thomas Andrew Ahmadi. He is also survived by his grandchildren; Matthew Brandon Ahmadi, Mark Patrick Ahmadi, Paulina Grace Ahmadi and many extended family members.
Visitation will be held at Radney Funeral Home on Sunday, January 28, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mary Catholic Church on Monday, January 29, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Catholic Cemetery.
