Native of Greenville County, SC, daughter of Rial Benjamin “Ned” Seay, Jr. and Mary Elizabeth Thomas Seay; widow of John Birch.
Charter member of First Free Will Baptist Church.
Survived by daughter, Margaret Strickland Stott Fowler; sister, Buna Seay Moore; and two grandchildren.
Funeral services were held 2:00 p.m., Friday, March 16, 1984 at First Free Will Baptist Church by the Rev. Earl Hendrix. Burial in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
