She was born in Estill Co., Sept. 15, 1939, the daughter of Esmer and Callie Smith Garrett. She was a member of Bark Road Baptist Church at enjoyed spending time with family, gardening and yard work.
Survivors include, sister, Christine Anglin (Roy); brother, Leon Garrett (Lena); nephews, Eddie Anglin & Ronnie Garrett; nieces, Lois Dees, Debbie Rogers, Wanda Miller & Gail Garrett.
Funeral Services will be at 11 AM Saturday at Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home with Rev. David Ballard officiating. Burial will follow in Bark Road Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Ronnie Garrett, Eddie Anglin, Logan Dees, Jason Rogers, Mike Dees, David Rogers and Christopher Miller.
