They were married in the town of Sadki, Poland, had a daughter, Leucadia (Leokadya) in Poland before moving to Manitowoc, Wisconsin. 3 or 4 children (Walter, Frank, Stanislau, Valerian) were born there, then the family moved to Chicago.
