MRS. H. B. M'FARLAND
DIES AT WEST WEBER

Mrs. Hannah Boyack McFarland, wife of James McFarland, died yesterday at the family residence in West Weber of general debility. She was 80 years old and is survived by five generations of decendents, totaling 125 persons. She was one of the earliest pioneers of Weber county.
Mrs. McFarlnad was born March 12, 1835, in Scotland, the daughter of James and Elizabeth Mealmacker Boyack, and joined the Mormon church in early childhood. She emigrated to Utah in 1852, settled in Weber county and had lived here ever since, being at all times active in church work. She is survived by her husband and the following children:
Mrs. Elizabeth Bingham of Ogden, Mrs. Margaret Bingham of Smithfield, Mrs. Hannah Bingham of Wilson, James D. McFarland of Marriott, Peter S. McFarland of West Weber, Robert B. McFarland of Hyrum, Mrs. Bell M. Bingham of Clinton, Mrs. Anna R. Tracy of Marriott and Mrs. Rose C. Neilson of Taylor.
Besides these children Mrs. McFarland is survived by sixty-four grandchildren, fifty-one great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
The funeral will be held in the Wilson ward meeting house on Wednesday at 1 p.m. and the body may be viewed at the residence in West Weber, tomorrow afternoon and evening and Wednesday until noon.
