Helen was born December 12, 1949, in Marysville, California. She worked at Master Loan Service for 41 ½ years as a loan officer. She was loving wife, mother and grandmother, who loved caring for her family.
Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Tex Wayne Black; parents, Skinny and Carmen Steinke; and brother, Ronnie Key.
Helen is survived by her children, Jimmy Black and wife Kristi, Sherry Perry and husband Steven, Robert Black and wife Joyce, Steven R. Black and wife Cheryl, and Makayla Black-Chavez and husband Mat; sisters, Janie Taylor and Nancy Montgomery; 14 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
