Faith V. Reed was born on April 29, 1920, the sixth of seven children to Ward and Nettie Hunt. Her youngest sister Mildred "Millie" Giffin, of Indianapolis, IN, is the only sibling to survive her.
Faith and Pete Reed were married Jan. 23, 1946. Pete was tragically killed in an airplane crash on December 15, 1965.
Two sons survive.
