Ms. Peggy Ann Snoots, 78, of Frederick, passed away on January 12, 2018 at University of Maryland Medical Center.

Born in Adamstown, MD, Peggy was the daughter of the late Roy Clinton Baugher, Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Baugher. Peggy attended Frederick High School, and worked as a cook in several local restaurants. She was very active volunteering in the Taney Village Retirement Community, and she will be dearly missed.

Peggy is survived by three children, David Wayne Snoots, Debra Ann Ellis & husband Lee, and Brian Allan Snoots & wife Kristy; a sister, Hilda Merson; a brother, Richard Baugher & wife Barbara; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and other relatives. She was preceded in death by one sister and five brothers.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM on Tuesday, January 16th at the Chapel Mausoleum of Resthaven Memorial Gardens, 9501 U.S. Route 15 N in Frederick, where a funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM on Tuesday. Cremation follows the service; floral tributes are welcome.
