As a result of an accident near Sycamore early Sunday morning, a recent resident of Sycamore died of a skull fracture at 8:45 p.m. Thursday at University Hospital in Columbus in the intensive care unit there. He was Roy E. Gragg, 52, formerly of Pike County, who was involved in a single one-car accident on State Rt. 103, two and eight-tenths miles west of Sycamore at about 12:25 a.m. Sept. 1.
The son of the late Newton and Florence (Hunt) Gragg was born March 25 1916 in Pike County and had resided in Sycamore the past two months.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Norma Seeling, Rt. 1, Peebles, and Mrs. Phyllis Ryon of Commerce, Okla., a son, Richard, Decatur, Ill., and six grandchildren.
The 2 p.m. Monday funeral services are to be held at the Beaver Chapel church in Pike County, with the Rev. Lewis Viar officiating. Burial is to be made in White Oak Cemetery in Pike County. Bucyrus Tel. Forum, 7 September 1968.
