Abel B. Larison, 73, died at 9:52 p.m. Tuesday, May 14, 1963, at Mason District Hospital at Havana following an illness of one year.

He was born in Atlanta and was employed for 49 years with the GM&O Railroad from which he retired in 1960.

He was a member of the Brotherhood of Railway Maintenance of Ways and Atlanta Lodge No. 165, AF&AM.

He is survived by his widow, Ruth; two sons, Robert J. (Larry) and Richard W. and one daughter, Mrs. Kevin Burke, all of Springfield; 10 grandchildren; two brothers, Ted B. and Winfield, and one sister, Mrs. Lucille Bozarth, all of Bloomington.

Services were at the Kirlin and Egan Funeral Home.

Burial was in Calvary Cemetery.
