ALAN ROBERT BRAMSTEDT, age 54, of Worthington, died peacefully on Thursday, January 4, 2018, in San Antonio, TX. He was born July 16, 1963, in Worthington, to Richard and Darlene (Heasley) Bramstedt. He graduated from Jackson High School in 1983.

Alan married Julie White on August 25, 1990, in Worthington. The couple lived in Worthington; and later divorced in 1995. Alan loved being a truck driver. He began driving for Fortune Trucking in Windom. He later drove for Mueller Trucking in Windom. He then worked at Tri-State Truck Wash in Worthington before driving truck for Steve Henderschiedt for over fifteen years.

He enjoyed grilling & smoking meats on his Green Mountain Grill, billards, throwing darts for the Cheers Sunday Night League, and especially riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle in the Shgualrof Club.

Alan is survived by his daughter; two grandchildren; mother; sister; brother; and five nieces & nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Bramstedt.

Visitation will be from 4-7 pm Friday at the Dingmann Funeral Home in Worthington; and also one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Saturday. Funeral will be 11 am Saturday at the Dingmann Funeral Home in Worthington. A private burial will be at a later date in the Worthington Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
