Dick H. Bulington Sr, 89, died on Wednesday, January 10, 2016 at 7:26 AM at the Indiana University Health, White Memorial Hospital, Monticello, with his wife and family by his side.

He was born on January 7, 1929 in Monon to the late Horace and Margaret (Smith) Bulington. On January 26, 1957 in Shawneetown, KY, he married Ella Ward; she survives.

Dick attended Monon High School. He had lived in Kentland, IN for forty years and wintered in Punta Gorda, FL from 1994 to 2016. Dick was a United States World War II Army MP Veteran. He had worked and retired from the former United Telephone Company in Monticello, working for over thirty-five years. Dick was a member of the American Legion Post #81, and the AmVets Post #91, both in Monticello, Indiana. He loved and enjoyed singing karaoke, dancing, and mushroom hunting. Dick was a real "chick magnet".

He is survived by his wife; one son; one daughter; one grandson; one granddaughter; three brothers; one sister; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and friends. Dick was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Fred, Tom and Jack Bulington.
