Mrs. Cora Ethel Wilks
Mrs. Cora Ethel Wilks, 76, a longtime Lawrence resident, died Saturday afternoon at her home on Route 3.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the Rumsey Funeral Home. Rev. Benton Roy Hanan will
conduct services. Burial will be in Hubbel Hill Cemetery at Tonganoxie.
Surviving are a daughter, Miss Zada Wilks of the home; three sons, Henry D Wilks of the home, Loubie Wilks of 728 R.I. St. and Chester A Wilks of 539 N. 9th St.; two sister, Mrs. Elmer Murphy and Mrs. Minnie Stanley, both of Caruthersville, Mo.; a brother Goah Anderson of Caruthersville, and 17 grandchildren.
