Married Rosemary Maher on June 14, 1927 at St. Charles Catholic church in North Hollywood.

I have his death certificate. He died at age 55. He was a glazier at a glass company. He died at home at 318 29th Street, Hermosa Beach. He died of coronary sclerosis. His wife, Anna, was the informant.

NIEMEYER, Zeno W., of 316 29th Street, Hermosa Beach, passed away January 3, loving husband of Anna Viola Niemeyer, brother of Dr. Leo P. Niemeyer, Dr. Theo J. Niemeyer, Dr. William J. Niemeyer, Mrs. Marie Blankmeyer, Lorenza Kelleher and Vera Vello (sic/Bello), also survived by 24 nieces and nephews.

Rosary will be recited this evening, 8 o'clock, at McCormick Colonial Mortuary, 1100 Sepulveda Boulevard, Manhattan Beach. Requiem Mass Wednesday, 9:30 a.m., at American Martyrs Church, Manhattan Beach. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.

Rosary Tonight For Zeno W. Niemeyer; Mass Tomorrow

Rosary will be recited tonight and mass will be said tomorrow for Zeno W. Niemeyer, 50, son of a Valley pioneer ranch family.

Mr. Niemeyer died Sunday at his Manhattan Beach home. Rosary services will be at 8 p.m. at McCormick Mortuary, Manhattan Beach, with funeral services set for 9:30 a.m. tomorrow at the American Martyrs Church in the same city.

He was the son of the late A. J. Niemeyer who for many years owned ranches at Oxnard boulevard and Vineland in North Hollywood and in Saugus. Mr. Niemeyer managed the Saugus property of his father for several years and was widely known in that area.

Surviving are the widow, the former Viola Koehler; his brother, Dr. Leo P. Niemeyer, and his stepmother, Mrs. Louise S. Niemeyer of North Hollywood.
