Predeceased by her husband Harald in 1978 and daughter Sheila in 1975; Idyll was much loved and will be greatly missed by her two sons, Peter (Joyce) and Graeme; two daughters, Myrtle Chambers and Kristin Baxter; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; sister Molly Louis of Victoria; brother, John Smith of South Pender Island; and numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held on Wed. July 16th, 2003, at 2:00 PM at Hatley Memorial Gardens.
