Will of Peyton Randolph of Wilton; w. 29 Feb 1784; pr 7 Jun 1784; to wife Lucy Randolph, land in Powhatan County called Fighting Creek, with all slaves, stock, tools etc., for the life of my mother Anne Randolph, subject to conditions; if my Wife shall remove there to live during the
lifetime of my Mother, then she is to receive that estate for life and £500 to buy furniture; if my wife chooses to live at my present Mansion house called Wilton after the death of my Mother, she is to have it for life and also 1/3 of the wheat and tobacco crops at Fighting Creek...
