Lavern died at the Texaco service station in Gridley Illinois. He had been under treatment for a heart ailment and apparently died of a heart attack. An inquest will be held.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 P.M. tuesday at the church of the Brethren in Roanoke. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will begin at 3 P.M. monday at the Frolick Memorial home.
Mr. Bolby was born May 22, 1926 in Gridley, Illinois the son of Wilbur and May C. Klug Bolby. Mr. Bolby was preceded in death by his father and one brother. He was a member of the Church of the Brethren of Roanoke.
