Mary Frances Almond Crowe, 94, of Ocala, was born in Poseyville, IN on September 1, 1923 and went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 2, 2018.
Mary graduated from Stewartsville High School in 1941 and then attended and graduated from Lockyears Business College. She was a member of Highlands Baptist Church. She was the secretary for Farm Services for 30 years, then worked at Miller Flooring for 20 years. Some of the many things she enjoyed were singing in the choir, trips to Indiana, the yearly visits with her sisters and the times they would all jump into her baby blue ford maverick to have dinner at Morrisons. Mary is survived by her sons, Tommy Crowe and Jeffrey Crowe (and wife Tan SoK-Kiang),and her sister Alma Ruth Kinchelor. She was preceded in death by her husband Bethellee Crowe and a sister Evelyn E. Nottingham.
A memorial service will be held at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Home in Ocala at 3:30pm Saturday, January 13, 2018, followed by a Celebration of her life at Marion County Assoc. of Realtors, 3105 NE 14th At. Ocala, FL 34470, at 5:00pm.
