Luetta was born December 18, 1937 in Johnson County the daughter of Ivy Walker and Alvah Mahanay.
She was a homemaker and worked in retail sales. Luetta was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Alvah Mahanay, Jr.
Survivors: Daughters, Kym Sasser and husband Bob, and Connie Cansler. Son, Jerry Bull; 5 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; Brother, Eddie Mahanay
