Funeral services for Betty Daniels, 88, of Longview will be held at 10 AM Tuesday, January 9, 2018 in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home of Longview with Rev. Mary Collier and Rev. Mike Daniels officiating. Burial will follow at Memory Park. Mrs. Daniels passed away on Friday morning at her home in Longview. The family will receive friends from 9-10 AM prior to the service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
Betty Daniels was born on June 1, 1929 in San Antonio, TX to John and Rita Craft. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Longview, the Henry Foster Sunday school class, and a charter member of Dorcas Bible Class.
She was preceded in death by her 3 sons, Kerry, Kelly, and Mark Daniels; and her sister, Ann Elliot.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 69 years, Tommie Daniels of Longview; daughter and son-in-law Beth and Wayne Holdridge of Longview; grandchildren Blake Holdridge and his wife Claire of Longview, and Hunt Holdridge and his wife Katy of Dallas; great grandchildren Owen Holdridge of Longview, and Hilton and Haywood Holdridge of Dallas; nephew Ronnie Elliot and his wife Helen of Palestine; and niece Debbie Elliot of Wimberley, TX.
