Virginia H. Baxter, 76, OP, KS passed away on Dec. 31, 2017. Virginia was born June 7, 1941, in Dadeville, MO, to Charles and Bertha Feezell. Virginia is survived by son, Douglas Bennett, eight grandchildren, five great grandchildren, her sister, Nola Hawk and two brothers, Charles and Craig Feezell. Virginia was preceded in death by parents, two sons, Paul, Rick Bennett, two sisters, Charlene and Darlene and grandson, Hank Bennett. Virginia enjoyed road trips with her friends Elaine Marion and Georgia Corbin and gardening. Visitation is set for 6-8 p.m. Mon., Jan. 8, at Amos Family Funeral Home, 10901 Johnson Dr., Shawnee, KS 66203 with service at 11 a.m. Tues., Jan. 9, at the funeral home. Burial at West Point Cemetery in Amsterdam, MO. Memorial contributions in Virginia's name may be made to Great Plains SPCA, 5428 Antioch Dr., Merriam, KS 66202.
