Our loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, Georgia Jenkins Hintze, 56, passed away suddenly on June 8, 2001.
She was born Nov. 1, 1944 in Murray, UT to Elton LeRoy and Ellanor Silcox Jenkins. She grew up in Midvale. Georgia married Dean Hintze. He was the light of her life. They were a perfect match. Georgia loved her family, her home and the mountains. One of her favorite pastimes was camping in their "classy" new trailer. She also had a beautiful doll collection. She was a member of the LDS Church.
Survived by husband, Dean, West Valley City; children, Vance (Debbie), Tooele; Allen (Joy), West Jordan; Angela Sue (Thadd) Barrowes, Salt Lake City; Debbie (Steve) Sisco, Indio, CA; and Duane Hintze, West Valley City; 14 grandchildren; sisters, LaRae (Rodney) Rasmussen, Sandy; Leah Crossgrove, Salt Lake City; brother, Douglas LeRoy (Carol Lee) Jenkins, Draper. Preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services Tues, June 12, 2001, 1 p.m. at Goff Mortuary, 8090 S. State, where friends may call Mon 6-8 p.m. and Tues one hour prior to services. Interment, Midvale City Cemetery.
