Funeral of the Rev. Henry L. Hammond.
The funeral of the Rev. Dr. Henry Laurent Hammond, who died suddenly last Friday night, was held yesterday afternoon. The services were held at the home of his son, W. A. Hammond. No. 51 Greenwood boulevard, Evanston. The Rev. Dr. J. F. Loba, pastor of the First Congregational Church, of Evanston, officiated, and was assisted by the Rev. Dr. J. M. Williams, lifelong friend of the deceased. After the services at the house, the remains were taken privately to Graceland, where the interment took place.
