Ervin Ray Price was born in Arlington, Oklahoma on December 29, 1927 and went to be with Lord at his home in Bixby, Oklahoma on December 27, 2017 at the age of 89 years.
Ray was the son of William Harvey and Nancy Eve (Upton) Price. He was a resident of Bixby for eight years. Ray was affiliated with the Full Gospel Ministry and retired from the Stroud School District and as a bus driver and work in maintenance department. He loved to fish and visit with people about the Lord. He was out on the Golf Course collecting golf balls as his hobby and he would minister to anyone he come across.. He married Eloise Graham in Chandler on November 1, 1952. She preceded him in death on February 10, 2006. He was also preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, and four sisters.
Survivors include, one son, Clarence Price and wife Rita of Bixby, one daughter, Alta Tuttle and husband, John of Sapulpa, one sister Betty Quinn of Prague, seven grandchildren, Randall, Treasa, Rachel, Sarah, Joshua, Caleb, and Benjamin, fifteen great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be held at the Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel in Stroud on January 2, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Benjamin Tuttle officiating. Burial will follow in the Stroud Cemetery under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud.
