Daughter of Andrew and Laura Baker. She grew up in a family of 14 children

Married Edward Bluto on January 25, 1943 and they settled on the farm that he had purchased the year before. He predeceased her in December of 2012. They were the parents of 4 children.

Over the years she helped on the family farm in addition to raising her children. Later she worked at UVM, Champlain College and for the Graves family at Westerly for over 30 years. She retired at 85 yrs old. Sje also volunteered doing funeral luncheons for the Catholic Church

Survived by her 2 daughters and 1 son and their families; her daughter-in-law; her grandchildren; great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; 2 brothers;:and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by her husband Edward W. Bluto and her son Edward R. Bluto, her parents and eleven siblings.
