Mrs. Ethel Carpenter, 88, died Wednesday at her residence in Ellenburg Center.
She was born the daughter of Robert and Frances (Dominy) Hinds.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Thomas (Frances) Hobbs and Mrs. Helen Blow, both of Ellenburg Center; one brother, Earl Hinds of East Greenbush; three grandchildren; seven g-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at the United Methodist Church, Ellenburg Center. Burial will be in the Riverside Cemetery in Ellenburg Center.
