Mrs. Biggar was a native of Edgefield County, having made North Augusta her home for over 60 years. She was a former member of First Baptist Church of North Augusta, Curtis Baptist Church and was a current member of Sweetwater Baptist Church. Mrs. Biggar was a devoted Christian and student of the Bible. She spent her career as a professional secretary with Federal Pacific and Southern Felt Company. Mrs. Biggar was preceded in death by her husband Jim Biggar.
Survivors include two sisters, Betty Sauls, North Augusta, SC and Edna Wilcenski, West Columbia, SC; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the graveside following the service.
