Delbert Allie Gunn, 77, of Weston, died Saturday, Feb. 7, 1999, in

Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital, Weston, following an extended

illness.

He was born in Calhoun County, the son of the late Carr Gunn and

Rhoda Hamrick Gunn. He was a member of Mt. Zion United Methodist

Church and attended Valley View Church of the Nazarene. He was

retired from the chemical dept. of P.P.G. Industry after several

years of service. He was a member of Barberton Civitan Club.

Surviving are his wife, Aileen Ramsey Hager; two daughters, Cathy

Yanke of Norton, Ohio, and Karen Dietry of Barberton, Ohio; two sons,

Jim Gunn of Akron, Ohio and Michael Gunn of Copley, Ohio; four

grandchildren; six step-children, 13 step-grand-children; three

great-grandchildren; eight step-great-grandchildren; one brother,

Albert Fenton Gunn of Wadsworth, Ohio; two sisters, Macel Rutledge of

Horn Lake, Miss., and Bertha Gainer of Big Springs; and several

adopted children, foster children, and nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Beulah Miller; two

brothers; one sister; one step-sister, Thelma Peck of Clarks-burg;

and one step-grandson.

Services were held at Boyle Funeral Home, Weston, with Rev. Robert A.

Heater officiating. Burial was in Broad Run Cemetery, Jane Lew.
