Edith was born in and was a lifelong resident of Kansas City Metropolitan area. She was a member of Young Judah in her youth, and ORT as an adult.
Edith worked all of her life. She worked at Joann and Associates and Computer Resale Center. She ran the office and organized golf tournaments. Edith enjoyed being with her family, talking on the phone, shopping, and lunches on Saturdays.
Edith was a member of Beth Shalom Synagogue and Kehilath Israel Synagogue. She was a volunteer at Menorah Medical Center for many years and loved her Menorah family.
Edith was preceded in death by her husband, Philip Quito; parents, Sam and Sarah Spindler; sisters, Freda Rozenblit and Dorothy Agron and brother, Alex Spindler.
Edith is survived by her daughters, Denise Pronin (Les) of Houston, TX and Andrea Gasser (Charles) of Overland Park, KS. Grandchildren: Arthur Pronin of Houston, TX, Stephanie Brand (Joshua) of Chicago, IL, Philip Gasser (fiancé, Alina Rozenbaum) of Fort Collins, CO and Beth Gasser of the home. She had two great-grandchildren, Sam and Ella Brand and nieces and nephews.
