Judith Helene was born on November 2, 1933, at Hollywood, California, the daughter of Henry and Sara Helene (Trompen) Beltman.
She attended the University of Arizona for four years. She then worked as a non-academic manager at the University of California at Los Angeles until 1985, when she moved to Alton, Iowa, with her mother and cousin, Myrna.
Judith was a member of the Park Hills Reformed Church while living in California and later worshiped through the “Hour of Power” television program.
She is survived by several nephews and nieces.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Keith Rodney Beltman, and Lawrence John Beltman.
