Eudocia Ruby Halk Clemons, 92, passed away Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at Baptist Health, Lexington, Kentucky. Born October 31, 1925 in Lexington, Kentucky to the late A.R. and Lettie Ray Otis, she was a homemaker, owner/operator of Lad and Lassie Day Care and a member of Mary Queen Catholic Church. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Michael Melvin Halk and Walter Clemons.
She is survived by sons, Phillip, David, John and Michael Halk (Kathy); daughters, Michelle Larmour (Charles), Carol Perkins (Chuck); grandchildren, Charles and Matt Larmour, Michael Halk, Kris Denton (Andy), Rebecca Rhodes (Robert) and Audrey West (Nathan) and great grandchildren, Avery and Moira West. Burial will be in Crestlawn Memorial Gardens, Scott County, Kentucky.
