Zelda Beth Eastepp, age 78, of Pennington, passed away Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. She was born January 13, 1939 in Pennington to parents, Ed Pegoda and Thelma Arnold Pegoda. She loved history, gardening, visiting with friends and family and was a great cook.
She is survived by her husband of 61 years; three children and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her great-granddaughter, Evelyn Elaine Eastepp; parents, Ed and Thelma Pegoda; and brother and sister-in-law, Henry and Rose Pegoda.
Funeral services for Zelda Beth Eastepp will be held Saturday, December 23, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in the First Baptist Church, Groveton. Interment will follow in the Pennington Cemetery.
