Bessie Louise Schuelke Edwards was born April 13, 1916, in Grassyville, TX and passed away on October 24, 2014, at Sara Roberts French Nursing Home in San Antonio, TX.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Martin Albert Edwards; her parents, Mitchell and Emma Schuelke; her brothers, Mitchell and Richard; and her sisters, Pauline, Jewell and Bertha. Bessie is survived by her sister, Ivy Schindler and numerous nieces and nephews.

A celebration of her life was held on Wednesday, October 29, 2014, with interment following at Sunset Memorial Park.
