An old man fell on the sidewalk in front of Dahlem's grocery store on Wednesday afternoon, in a fit of epilepsy. Officer Carr who happened to be standing near, went to his assistance and Dr. Du Bois was summoned and had him carried to the city lockup. On his person were found a set of discharge and pension papers which identified him as Henry McCue, a private in Co. E, of the Second United States Cavalry. With the papers was a leaf torn from a small blank book upon which was written: "Henry Mc Cue, of Princeton, Minn., is subject to fits. Look out for him. Has been in the Fergus Falls Insane Asylum. Had a sun stroke in the army." It was a long time before he recovered-consciousness, when he was taken to a hotel for the night Sauk Centre Herald.
