He is survived by his wife of 67 years Betty Woertz Bickel, of Corydon, Indiana, son, David Bickel (Beth) of Corydon, Indiana, daughter, Sue Ellen Cavins (Jim) of Corydon, Indiana, sister, Carol Dodge of Jasper, Indiana, four grandchildren, Jonathon Cavins (Amanda), Kristin Pavlik (Charles), Adam Bickel (Crystal) and Paul Bickel, and six (6) great-grandchildren.
Funeral service is Monday at 11:00 AM at Gehlbach & Rosye Funeral Home in Corydon, Indiana
Visitation will begin Sunday, 11 AM-8 PM and Monday from 9 AM until the service.
Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Corydon, Indiana
