Passed away on Sunday, December 3, 2017 in Murrieta, California; she was born on October 14, 1939 in Detroit, Michigan to the late John and Susan (Pochelski) Janis.
Dolly as she was known to most, loved movies, enjoyed doing creative things with people; she was active in her neighborhood association and local city government issues. She also loved her pets.
She is survived by her nephews, Gary Cox, Bryan Cox and Robert Hruska along with her niece Susan.
There will be a visitation on Sunday, December 10, 2017 from 4-8pm at Miller-Jones Mortuary 26770 Murrieta Rd., Sun City, Ca 92586. A funeral mass at St. Vincent Ferrer will be on Monday, December 11, 2017 at 11am, with interment at Holy Cross Cemetery in Culver City.
