Jeremiah (Jerry) F. Griffin, 84, of 414 Eddy Street, died in Oak Hill Manor. Born May 4, 1884 in Ithaca, he was a son of the late John (Dennis) and Catherine Callahan Griffin.
Mr. Griffin was a former manager of the Market Basket Co. at the State Street location.
He is survived by a sister, Mrs. Marie Griffin Scout; nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his wife, Esther Gatley Griffin.
Services will be held in the Shea-Tryon Funeral Home and the Immaculate Conception Church. Burial will take place in Calvary Cemetery.
