Lela Faye Burge was born near Puxico, Missouri, she was the oldest of 4 daughters born to William Thomas ("Willie" or W.T.) Burge and Lue Francis "Fannie" Hastings Burge. She and Arthur Blair Gillespie were married on November 24, 1935 at Leora, Missouri. Blair died in 1954 as the result of an auto accident. In August 1961 Lela Faye married Clevel Moore at Piggott Arkansas and lived in Clay County Arkansas until 1985. Lela Faye was my mother.
