Beatrice-Mrs. Eliza F. Carre, first white child born on the Daniel Freeman homestead died Monday. Born Jan. 27, 1866, she was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Freeman.
Surviving are two sons, Ed L. of Beatrice and Dean W. of Omaha; four daughters, Mrs. Mabel Carpenter of Beatrice, Mrs. Grace Miller of Los Angeles, Mrs. Eloise Mulligan of Muskegon, Mich., and Mrs. Bernice Williams of Parma, Ohio; three brothers, LaClaire Freeman of Beatrice, Sam and John, and one sister, Mrs. Agnes Quackenbush of Oregon.
