Bernice Elmore, daughter of Philander P. Elmore and Alice Rosa Kimbrel, was born October 20 1910 on a ranch in Spearville ,Kansas and died April 27, 1991 in Pico Rivera Califorina. She married Floyd Anderson Irby on February 3, 1931 in Spearville, Kansas. Children, Floyd Duane Kirby of Abilene, Texas, Eldon Elmore, Abilene, Texas, Wayland LeRoy Irby, Stockton, California, Maralea Rae Perez and Dena Diane Farr both of Pico Rivera, California.
Note:
Born on the Thomas Ranch. Her Father Philander Elmore was the first person to in the USA to pioneer the pen feeding of cattle in a feed lot just outside of Dodge City Kansas in early 1891.
At rest buried inValhalla Memorial Park, North Hollywood Califorina May 1,1991.
