KEOKUK, Ia., June 22. -- Yesterday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the parlors of the Hotel Royal occurred the marriage of Miss Ruby Seckman of Clayton Illinois and Mr. A. Reed [Reid] of Springfield Illinois.
The ceremony was performed by Reverend James F. Sanders, in the presence of several relatives and friends. Mr. and Mrs. Reed [Reid] left yesterday afternoon at 4:30 for Niagara Falls on their honeymoon.
