Wilberta (Billie) S. Shartzer, 81, Cameron, Mo., passed away on November 25, 2017, in Cameron. She had lived in Cameron since 1976 and previously lived in Hamilton, Mo.

Billie was born on November 15, 1936, in DeKalb County in Santa Rosa, Mo., to Roscoe and Eva (Bechtold) Bratcher. She graduated from the Maysville, Mo., high school, and worked as a beautician and as a medical technician for McDonough Medical Clinic in Gladstone for numerous years.

Billie was preceded in death by her husband, Richard, in 1997. She was also preceded by her parents; sisters-Roxie Minor and Retha Maltsberger; and brothers-Sherman and Wyman Bratcher.

Survivors: daughter, Debbie (Danny) Blackburn, Hamilton; granddaughter, Brandi, Lee's Summit, and grandson, Richard, of Gladstone; and several nieces and nephews.

Cremation was entrusted to Bram Funeral Home, Hamilton.

Billie requested no formal services. Inurnment will be private at a later date at Highland Cemetery, Hamilton.
