Harold I. Bossler, 46, of 40 Orange St., was pronounced dead on arrival at Community General Hospital where he was taken by the Reading Fire Hose Co. ambulance after he suffered a heart attack yesterday near 10th and Chestnut streets. Dr. Paul D. Good, coroner, issued a certificate of death due to natural causes.
A machinist for Karl Lieberknecht, Inc., Laureldale, he was a member of Calvary Lutheran Church, Laureldale, and the Truckers Assn., Reading.
Surviving are his widow, Helen Mae (Boyer) Bossler; his father, James Bossler, Venice, Calif.; seven daughters: Arlene, Fay, Joan, Sandra, Patricia, Carol and Joy, all at home, and two half-brothers: Elmer and Lewis, both of Reading.
Services will be held Friday at 1:30 p.m. in the Mertz Funeral Home, Laureldale, the Rev. Mark K. Trexler officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park.
