Raymond “Ray” Francis Clark, 55, of rural Attica, passed away unexpectedly while loading grain at the Steve Fellure farm north of Attica in Warren County on Monday, October 30, 2017.

Ray was born in Lafayette, Indiana on April 11, 1962. He was the son of Harriet Rose Ann (Miller) Clark of rural Independence and the late Charles Frederick Clark.

Ray was raised in rural Independence, attending Seeger High School. He has lived most of his life in rural Riverside. Ray was presently working with the Steve Fellure farms and formerly worked at Oscar Winski Company and NES, both in Lafayette.

Ray loved the outdoors where you could find him hunting and mushrooming. Ray enjoyed spending time with family and friends around a fire telling stories. He enjoyed mowing and keeping his property in “top notch” shape. He was very talented in running an excavator. Ray was raised in the Catholic faith.

Ray leaves behind his mother, Harriet “Rose” Clark, Independence; his fiancée-Teresa (Farrar) Dyer, Attica; a daughter, Ashley Clark, Burlington, Indiana; a step son, Cody Dyer, Independence; a sister, Rose Mary Hendley, Greencastle, Indiana; a brother, James “Fred” (Julie) Clark, Williamsport and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Charles “Chuck” Clark; a sister, Carol Jo Clark; a brother, Charles Anthony Clark and a step son, Jon Dyer.
